Yum...You could also bring this to a brunch. REVIEW: If I ever make this again I would definitely have to bring it to a big group brunch because it was just too much of the same thing for us. We were sick of it by the end and didn't finish it, but it was tasty the first time for sure.
Easy White Chicken Chili - chicken broth, cooked shredded chicken, white beans, salsa verde (includes recipe for homemade - tomatillos, serrano or jalapeno peppers, garlic cloves, fresh cilantro, white onion, lime juice, salt), ground cumin, optional toppings (avocado, fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream, tortilla chips...)
Apple Coleslaw Mix the dressing and honey in large bowl. Add the coleslaw and apples and mix together. The mixture might seem dry but it will be plenty once the mixture has chilled in the fridge since the cabbage will release some liquid. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate at least one hour to let the flavors blend.
