    couch to 5k. gets you off your bum and being a couch potato, to getting outdoors (or treadmill) and running for half an hour in just a couple of months. i have downloaded the ap on my iphone (there are a few to choose from), it has a 5 min warm up and cool down at the beginning and end, and alerts you every time you need to start running or change to walking so there is no need for you to keep looking at your watch. also lets you know when you’re half way through your workout. i highly recommend this program if you want to start getting more active. interval training is one of the best things you can do for yourself to help with your weight loss goals.
