Lamb Steaks with Herbs and Caramelized Garlic. This has a great flavor and cooks up super quick. Just be sure not to burn the herbs! It was also on the rare side for my liking, so I might extend it even further and go a little lower heat for 5 or 6 minutes per side (I went with 3 minutes my first try).
