Quick Pumpkin Pudding - 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 can 2% evaporated milk, 1 can pure pumpkin, 1 teaspon pumpkin pie spice - Beat pudding and evaporated milk for two minutes. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Mix in canned pumpkin and spice. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Easy and delicious!
I finally got to make this and it has to be the best coconut cake I ever had. However I added flaked coconut on top of the cool whip Coconut Cream Cake: Yellow cake made per directions, 15 ounce can of Cream of Coconut, large can sweetened condensed milk, pour all over the top of the warm cake. When cool, ice cake with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
Red Velvet Pudding Poke Cake: Delicious! We couldn't find any cheesecake pudding, so we used banana cream and it tasted just fine. Be ready to pour the pudding on immediately after mixing because it starts to set up quickly.
