Delicious Crock-pot Lasagna: yum. I used a big tub of Ricotta mixed with 2c mozz and 1/2ish parm (red pepper and oregano). I used 2lbs beef with diced onion and a packet Italian dressing mix. I used 2 cans sauce and would have added more but crock pot was full to the top. I used 3/4 box of noodles. Easy. Tastes just like oven baked. Oh, and 1/2c mozz on top with more parm.
Individual lasagnas! "Lasagna cupcakes" You can make these in your Pampered Chef stoneware muffin pan or mini muffin tin. The mini size would be great for party appetizers!
