Affogato al Caffè (Coffee-Drowned Gelato) I(brooke) recommend this dessert. I have this stove top espresso maker and it works great once you figure out how much espresso makes a good shot. Also good with vanilla ice cream!
Peach Mojito 1.5 oz white rum (Myer’s is my favorite) 1 small, ripe peach, skin removed and sliced small handful fresh mint leaves juice of 1 lime 1 teaspoon raw (turbanado) sugar club soda.. BET THIS IS AMAZING!
