Eclere cu crema ganache si frisca

Pentru coji : 100 g unt; 1 praf de sare; 125 g faina; 4 oua; 250 ml apa. Pentru crema ganache : 300 ml frisca, 300 g ciocolata cu lapte, esenta de rom, 50 g unt + 100 g frisca (se mixeaza dupa ce crema ganache se raceste). Pentru glazura : 200 gr ciocolata neagra,150 ml frisca lichida, 30 gr unt. Frisca : 500 g.
