    Chia Seed Porridge

  • Carine West

Chia Porridge w/Seeds, Nuts & Berries. Place 3 tbsp chia seeds in 1 cup of almond milk, stir immediately for 1m to avoid clumping. Add flavourings like stevia/xylitol, vanilla, cinanamon etc whilst you continue to stir. Leave for 30/40, or in fridge over night to thicken. Add berries, nuts and serve. NOTE: Make sure you have well hydrated as chia seeds absorb lots of liquid in your gut.
