      So true. good advice. what about printing quotes like this out and having them set up tables for people to take on the way out of the wedding. there could be 1 set of advice for single people, and another for couples.

      The 1st thing I thought when I saw my husband when I met him was "he would make beautiful kids "(and he did...odd thing to think about a stranger) And while hes not perfect and has traits they could live without...who doesn't...

      Very good advice. There is ample reason, therefore, to learn to distinguish between "nice guys" and good men. Those two things are not necessarily equivalent. Also, be a good woman: know that the Church already provides a standard extrinsic to us that lets us know what "good" is-- the Way, the Truth, and the Life-- & enables us to live it. Respect, trust, and humility must go both ways, and if love is not grounded in the Truth, it is not love, and it is therefore not good, either.
