Spaghetti Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino. Simple, easy, and cheap!!! I didn't use near as much red pepper flakes as it called for, and I sauteed the garlic and pepper flakes first. Next time I might try the suggestion for adding asparagus and shrimp.
Roasted Purple Cabbage with Gorgonzola preheat oven to 425° slice cabbage into 1/2 inch slices and brush both sides with olive oil. roast for 25-30 minutes until edges start to brown. top with a few sprinkles of gorgonzola and roast for about 5 more minutes until cheese starts to bubble. Top with cracked pepper and enjoy!
