Put the cheese on a large platter and pour good quality honey over it. Lavender honey is really good. Add some sage leaves and a few figs. You can also use dried figs. Serve with crackers, bruschetta and some red wine.
Apple, Brie, & Honey Bruschetta is a delightful salty & sweet taste of Fall. Haven't tried this with an apple, but I know the cheese and honey is soo good! Especially with a dry jack or chunks of parmesan cheese! The salty and sweet is awesome!
Brie and Figs paired with Moscato wine. You can also pair this with a wonderful Belgian tripel, it will intensify the flavors of the beer as you pair them with the earthiness of figs and the creaminess of Brie.
