Labneh (strained greek yogurt). After straining yogurt through a cheesecloth for a minimum of 24 hours it becomes (what is described as) a cream cheese like consistency. You can add olive oil and different herbs and seasonings and make it your own. Much lower in calories! Really want to try this!
