Korean Beef.. 11/10/12. Bulgogi is one of my favorite foods on the planet but my recipe takes 12 hours and therefor is not convenient for a week night dinner. This recipe was easy and absolutely delicious. I doubled it and it was all gone. I will make it again for sure. No adjustments or changes are needed. I may add some shredded carrots or cabbage just to bulk up the veggie ratio for the family :)
Chinese broccoli beef, thinly sliced beef slices, marinated then stir-fried with garlic and blanched broccoli. Looks a lot more complicated than it really is. I don't always use as much oyster sauce as suggested but that is simply because I don't like as strong a flavor as it produces.

I also made this 2 weeks in a row now and I am obsessed with it! I will probably double the recipe next time and I made it with long grain brown rice and liked it much better then with the white rice! Highly recommmend this recipe!
