Gift idea for a second-marriage when a typical shower and gifts aren't needed. Make a "Wishes & Riches Tree". Set up a collection box at church for a few weeks so it can have time to grow. Accept cash donations and wishes written on pretty paper. Accordian fold money and papers and tie onto tree with ribbon. Will have a ladies tea to honor the bride and will use the "Wishes and Riches tree" as the centerpiece on a gift table at the wedding

Framed instruction note to guests for wishing tree... again, this particular form of giving best wishes would be nice for a winter wedding.

we could do a modern ish quilt, and either have it made, like shown in this pic, or have just the squares for people to write/sign on, and then sew it together later. might be a good project for one of my favorite aunts that likes to sew...i may run that by her...interesting idea...

Guest book wishing tree. Love this idea if I was getting married again. Could use for a graduation too!
