Lemon Creme Crumb Bars ~T~ One of my favorite bars. The filling is fresh lemon juice and zest, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and some lemon extract, poured over a crust of rolled oats, brown sugar, white sugar, flour, melted butter and vanilla. Half of the crust mixture is reserved to crumble onto the top. These are delicious.
