Knot your average pony. **I tried this in my own hair... even though I have lots of long, thick hair, this style made me look like I had none! Seriously... I tried this last night when the kids were in bed, just to see if it's that easy and it is. I did 8 sections instead of 4 and I got a ton of volume with my short hair. Also, I did a side part because I don't like a middle part on me. I did not realize the trick to curling was doing it all in the same direction and a flattering direction at that.
