Slow cooker recipe. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 lg onion, 1 8oz yellow Rice mix, 1 c cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can corn. Place chicken in slow cooker, scatter onion, spoon mushroom soup on top. Cook 7-8 l or 3-4 h. Add cooked rice, corn, cheese. Stir to combine Serve hot

Garlic Butter Rice. 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 3 cloves minced garlic. Dissolve bouillon cube into 1.5 cups water, add butter and minced garlic. Pour in and cook rice once butter is melted. Add more butter if needed.
