    Creamy Chicken Enchiladas. These were rally easy & great. I used a handful of mozzarella & 1/2 pack cream cheese with my crockpot chicken, mushrooms, green scallions & onion salt/pepper. Rolled each & then used her recipe for a good cream sauce adding chille powder and 1/2 cup sour cream with monterey jack on top. 10 stars!

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas - these are super super rich, def not diet friendly. I usually don't like enchiladas made with flour tortillas but since there wasn't sauce on the bottom, and the top browned up, these had a pretty nice texture. I used can chicken & green chillies instead of tomatoes. There was just something missing, not sure what. Would like to try again but not sure what to change.
