6 Crossfit workouts to do at home I love this Crossfit stuff. So much better than all that garbage weight stuff that is so limiting...Crossfit continually moves one away from being limited.

This picture sucks but this is a 30 day crossfit challenge!!! I am honestly going to do this workout!!! I'm taking the before pictures tonight! I hope I never have to look at this "before" me in the mirror again!!!! Super motivated right now!!

Don't forget the abs! I do most of these. They are great!

Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.

Pair this with a cardio workout and you've got a fantastic total body experience. (meaning you'll be experiencing all those muscle aches you love so much all over!!)

It may be hard to find the time or energy to work out but exerting physical energy can help to alleviate stress and pent up tension.

What's happening to me? My next meal is centered on how it will effect my next WOD. And I CANNOT WAIT to be able to do a handstand.
