Easy and creamy white chicken enchiladas. I followed the original pretty close.... but for the chicken filling, I mixed 4 oz softened cream cheese, cup sour cream, and cup green salsa. Once mixed, I added to the chicken. I think its much tastier that way!
Baked hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with milk, grated Parm, panko or bread crumbs, 1 small onion, minced or grated, 2 cloves garlic, minced, oregano , ea s, minced fresh basil. Mix all ingredients. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 for 30 min)
