ACQUA DI SALVIA 1,5 lt di acqua naturale 1/2 limone 10 foglie di salvia 2 bustine di camomilla In una casseruola mettere le foglie di salvia lavate, 1/2 limone, le bustine di camomilla. Versarvi l’acqua e coprire con un coperchio. Portare il tutto a bollore e lasciare bollire per circa 5 minuti. Successivamente spegnere il fuoco e sempre coperta lasciare riposare 10 minuti. Eliminare la salvia, il limone e la camomilla e dolcificare a piacere con zucchero o miele. Ottima sia calda che fredda.
