Asian Flank Steak Skewers - Thin strips of grilled flank steak marinated with lime juice, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce. These skewers disappear quickly at every gathering, so you may want to make a lot! 4points+ #memorialday #grilling
¼ c. balsamic vinegar 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. dark brown sugar 1 garlic clove, minced 1 lb. flank steak salt and pepper Combine first four ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add steak, turn to coat; marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Grill until desired doneness. Let stand, covered loosely with foil for 10 minutes, before cutting in thin strips against the grain.
Balsamic marinated Flank Steak. Lin's note: I couldn't find flank steak, so I marinated a thinly sliced new york strip. Delicious! 3-4 minutes on each side was too long though. Try 1-2 to get a medium steak. Another tip from another pinner: marinate overnight for more flavor.
