Swiss Cheese Chicken... 4 Chicken Breasts(enough to fill pan), 6 Slices Swiss Cheese, 1can Cream of Chicken Soup, ¼c milk, ½ box Stove Top Turkey Stuffing, ¼c butter.... Cover bottom of pan w/chicken, then layer w/Swiss. Mix soup w/¼ cup milk.Pour on chicken. Top w/½ bag(or more) Stove Top Turkey Stuffing. Drizzle w/¼c butter. Bake 350*45-60mins. Serve over rice.

Crockpot Tortilla Soup 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 small cans Ro-Tel (I use the Original flavor.) 1 15 oz. can Bush's Beans black beans, (*drained and rinsed*) 1 can corn 2 cans chicken broth Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Season with salt and pepper. Add Ro-Tel, beans, corn, & chicken broth. Cover and cook on Low for 10-12 hours or on High for 6 hours. Shred chicken and return to crockpot! Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips!!
