The preparation of this shrimp dish is super simple – I just toss everything into a zip-top bag and let it marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes. The shrimp grill up in minutes and are full of flavor. They pair perfectly with grilled asparagus and steamed rice.
Scalloped Cabbage Recipe 1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped (about 4 cups) 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash pepper 1 cup milk 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup bread crumbs 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions: In a sauté pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes and paprika and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Increase the heat to high, add the shrimp, lemon juice and dry white wine, stir well, and sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque throughout, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
