Beef and Guiness Stout Stew. One of my favourite recipes from Jamie Oliver which I often make. Meat tastes sweeter and clean if you don't brown it first. For darker sauce, leave out or use less canned tomatoes. Be careful, too much of the tomatoes makes it taste like, er, pasta sauce.
