A Gardener's Guide to Hostas

'June' hosta

Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate... Helps to produce bushier plants, produce more flowers, and deter pests. Great for the garden!

I want this!! Caladium 'Thai Beauty': This caladium thrives in partial shade, tolerating up to half a day of sunlight (which actually improves its color). The leaves emerge green in spring, but quickly begin assuming their bright, eye-catching hues that holds up nicely no matter how hot and humid your summer gets. Grows up to 20" tall. Perennial in zones 9-10.

Hosta 'Ice Follies' is a probable tetraploid mutation of the old standard, Hosta 'Antioch'. Hosta 'Ice Follies' is much smaller than its parent, forming a small 1' tall x 2' wide clump of pointed green leaves, with a very wide border that emerges gold and ages to cream.

Hosta 'Hanky Panky' PP16217 -Leaves up close - Height 13", Spread 33", Full-Part shade. Small-med sized hosta. A sport of 'Striptease'. Emerges in spring with dark green leaves and a pale lime edge; a narrow white thread separates the center from the margin. As the summer progresses, the edge lightens to near-white with an unusual pale green overlay. Lavender flowers appear in midsummer.
