One of the best places to go bare foot running is along the beach shore, dirt roads, or on grass (usually when it is wet in the morning). Do bare foot running or sprinting short distances in order to strengthen your arch; do this at least once or twice a month. If you feel better about this type of training you can do it as much as once or twice a week after a workout as a "cool down".
