The Borax, baking soda, and peroxide I use mostly in the bathrooms. The Borax cleans my toilet bowl and soap scum in the tub. It’s great at getting rid of the ring around the tub, too! Peroxide gets rid of mold and mildew that appears in the grout, and baking soda is a back-up scrubbing agent. I do all the cleaning with old ratty washcloths I toss in the washer with my load of towels.
GGODBYE SOAP SCUM!!! Heat up a cup of white vinegar in microwave for about 2 min. Mix in a squirt bottle with 1 cup of ORIGINAL BLUE Dawn dish soap. Spray, let sit for 1/2 hour and wipe with a sponge, Buh-bye
Squeaky clean dishwasher~ I hope so! I am trying it right now. 4 1/2 year old machine. Found some plastic tape trapped. Is in wash mode now with 1 C white vinegar in a measuring cup in upper tray and 1/2 C baking soda at the base.
Mop hardwood floors with 1 gal. hot water. 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 Tablespoons baking soda, and a few drops of dish soap. Shiny floors, house smells grand. I also mopped my dingy linoleum tile floors in my kitchen this was better than any floor cleaner I have ever bought off the shelf!
