Chocolate Rice Krispy Treat Houses instead of graham crackers! Brilliant way to use up leftover Halloween candy that has lingered. Printable recipe included for chocolate rice krispy treats and for buttercream frosting.

Giants' catering company made these for a suite tasting event. The pastry chef said he forms the balls while the treats are still warm. He then sets each one on a cup and uses an icing bag to pipe the chocolate. You have to wait for the chocolate to harden before you can move the ball.
