    Whole-Wheat Dark Chocolate Zucchini Brownies Variations: Use milk chocolate chips, instead of dark chocolate chips. Rough-chop zucchini then puree in food processor, rather than grating it (1 3/4-2 cups of pureed zucchini). If the blender won't "blend" the zucchini, add the egg whites to the blender for a little liquid. Use applesauce in place of the oil.
