Gluten Free Cheese cake gluten free- I just used this recipe for the crust aspect as I did not need the cheese cake to be vegan. I made the cashew brand just to see what it tasted like though for myself. Not like cheesecake but an ok alternative. The crust is stellar for those who must eat GF
