Kansas City Style Pork Ribs

Gluten free • 4 hrs to cook • Makes 4


2 slabs Pork spare ribs


1 (about 2/3 cup)small onion, small
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder

Canned Goods

1 cup Tomato paste


1 Kansas city barbeque sauce
1/4 cup Molasses
1/2 cup Mustard, dry

Baking & Spices

3 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
2 1/2 cups Brown sugar
1 1/4 tbsp Cayenne
1 1/8 tbsp Paprika, smoked
1 1/3 tbsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

2/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Vegetable oil


3 cups Water
