Omg...Freaking Genius! A neat way to stenil on a simple design onto nails. You can get the craft punch at a craft store! Punch out the shape into a low adhesive piece of tape. Next lay tape with shape cut out over desired nail...brush over shape in color polish you wish. Let dry and gently lift tape!
PREP: Pour a little puddle of polish on a piece of paper or tin foil. Let the puddle sit for one minute to thicken up just a little. Using your toothpick dipped in polish, make a dot on nail. Make a second dot next to that. Using your toothpick tip, drag one of the dots down at a 45 degree angle. Drag the other dot down at a 45 degree angle to meet the other side
Turquoise & Caicos is one of my favorite Essie colors, so no surprise I like this dotted mani. Try out your own color combo using the same technique.
The Bow Mani | The Beauty Department The Beauty Department just keeps pumping out these gorgeous manis and I’m totally in love with this one! Is it just me or does this remind you of a Tiffany’s box?! If you don’t own a nail art pen, my lovely readers suggest using instead the thinest paint brush you can find instead. Cheaper and it means any of your nail polishes can become a ‘pen’!
