3 c powdered sugar 2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 3 extra large egg whites 1 tbsp vanilla 2 c chips 2.5 oz sliced almonds, toasted 1 c mini marshmallows 350 degrees line with parchment paper. powdered sugar and cocoa powder. add salt. Add the egg & vanilla Add chips and almonds. Scoop onto pan & add 4-5 marshmallows on top Freeze for 5 min. 12-13 min.
Pumpkin Pie in a Jar--Made this for Thanksgiving 2013. Added ginger snaps to the crust mix. Whipped topping was too thin so mixed it with remaining cream cheese mixture. Quite good. Very small mason jars perfect size for this rich dish.
