    Conservatory. Sun room - add some stained glass panels and soft cream weather panels. Maybe leads to greenhouse (not far from kitchen). Telescope needed here. Very earthy feel here. Flooring would be a bit refined stone tile with synthetic grass separation... still thing about the last part.
