Checked on the original website that first posted this hat rack to see if there were instructions but couldn't find them. Love the look but not sure that a beginner could actually craft this.     You could use the glass cutting technique from this video And then I suppose just glue it to a slender mirror or piece of glass

    I would recommend a tile saw. Not sure what glue would be safe for keeping the bottles on and not shattered on the floor though...


    Loctite Glass glue or Automotive rear view mirror glue which you can get anywhere.

    What if you want to to use another back piece than glass and possibly beer bottle how could you secure glass to wood?


    Construction adhesive would join wood and glass but they wouldn't be bonded. For hats it would be fine.
