My husband and I follow this plan almost to a T. We aim for 5 or more days a week in the gym or at least outside doing some kind of exercise. We meal prep every Sunday for the week and we take a big 74oz jug of water to work with us every day. I have noticed a difference in the way I feel and how I sleep since doing this routine. Definitely a lifestyle change we are going to keep.

By rebloging this I accept this challenge, and I will do my best to accomplish it.
Do 30 Air squats before each meal. Challenge accepted.- I'm doing the 30 day squat challenge already, but that challenge will get up to 300 squats, so I think I'll have to split them up then and this will be a good way to do it (only 100 before each meal instead).
