My favorite “eat clean” detox smoothie. Rejuvenating, full of vitamins, fruits, protein packed yogurt, and spinach. It does not taste like vegetables!

This combo is high in antioxidants and vitamin C which are natural pain killers. Pineapple juice contains Bromelain, a good anti-inflammatory food, but drink only freshly extracted juice. Canned or frozen pineapple juices have lost this pain-reducing enzymes. Romaine lettuce, cilantro and ginger all have their individual anti-inflammatory properties, making this juice combo very effective to greatly reduce inflammation and pain.

I used what I already had, 1 strawberry banana yogurt, 1 banana, 1 1/2 tbs pb, 1 tbs honey, 1/2 cup almond milk, and a handful of ice. SO GOOD! DELICIOUS!
