Now lets get back to work and do this WOD today and burn all the calories that we consumed during the weekend. 1 mile warm up jog on your treadmill on a medium setting. Main Set (repeat 3-8 times) For these put your treadmill on a high setting so you can run as fast as you can. 400 meters hard run then 30 burpees 1-2 minutes recover 30 burpees, then 400 meter hard run 1-2 minutes recover 10 minute cool down jog and stretch

WOD: 30 minutes on treadmill at 11.5% incline. 15lb DB Bicep curl, 15lb DB shoulder press, leg raises, donkey kicks, side leg raises. 15xs each, 3 sets. 5min jump rope. Happy to be getting back into the swing of things.
