WOD: 30 minutes on treadmill at 11.5% incline. 15lb DB Bicep curl, 15lb DB shoulder press, leg raises, donkey kicks, side leg raises. 15xs each, 3 sets. 5min jump rope. Happy to be getting back into the swing of things.
