Carb Free Cloud Bread. (made with cottage cheese and eggs = protein). These are super simple to make, and taste like a soft waffle. I used a tsp of cane sugar instead of artificial sweetener. Great reheated with a little drizzle of grade B maple syrup for a quick breakfast. 'Cloud Bread' - Practically carb free and very high protein! Since the sides that were facing the pan are perfectly flat, you use these to spread things on, or make sandwiches, or even as a burger bun! The choice is up to you, and you will be quite amazed at how much like a bun these really are!
