    Snacks can be healthy, mine are. This is a brown rice cake with avocado, chili paste and arugula to top it off. It is just as good on toasted whole wheat bread. I am not much of a chip eater and I am allergic to corn so popcorn it is not an option and the microwaved stuff is so bad for you. I prefer easily assembled, quick to make and made with fresh ingredients. #healthysnack #avocadosnack

Roasted brussels sprouts with sriracha aioli - I made this. The brussels sprouts are almost good enough on their own if you had something else to eat with it. I use the sriracha aioli as a dip for avacado slices while I waited for the brussels sprouts to cook which was also delicious.
