    MEXICAN LASAGNA - 2 Variations I did version #2 with flour tortillas - I did meat and sauce together on accident, note for next time. I used mild chilles, medium salsa, and hot enchilada sauce - it had just the right kick. I also used ground turkey instead of beef. For sides, I used plain greek yogurt, FF sour cream is good, too! We had a good amount of shredded lettuce and chopped tomato on the side. This was an awesome dish - you can count on 12 servings out of it!
