      Hulk Brownies // Verdict: yummy chocolate deliciousness! Better than any other browny recipe I've made? No...they still taste like any other brownie to me and that is just perfect. Didn't add the optional espresso flavour...maybe that's the big deal with these ones. Delish anyway though!

      Homemade Brownies 1 c (2 sticks) butter 2 1/4 c. sugar 4 large eggs 1 1/4 c cocoa powder 1 tsp salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp espresso powder, optional 1 tblsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips Instructions Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 baking dish. In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter completely. Stir in sugar and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not allow sugar mixture to boil

Pour butter mixture into a large bowl or stand mixer, beat in cocoa powder, eggs, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. 4. Stir in the flour and chocolate chips until well combined. 5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, until a tester comes out mostly clean. The edges should be set and the center should still look slightly moist, but not uncooked. Cool on a wire rack.

      chocolate brownies um....just look at these....Pinner said *edit* I just made these and they are AMAZING. Use a little less flour than the recipe calls for and they'll look more like the picture. Also, don't be cheap on the chocolate chips or cocoa powder. I'm so glad I got Ghirardelli chocolate because it really made the flavor. Right out of the oven, they're gonna look cakey, but after cooling for 20 or 30 minutes, they'll get gooey. I will be making these again.
