Trimaccino-Light

Trimaccino-Light Put 12 ounces of coffee in a blender, add the coconut oil and any stevia to taste. Then add the glucomannan and protein powder and blend on high.

TRIMACCINO-  1 tsp. of MCT oil   1 tsp.butter   1 rounded tsp. whey powder  1 doonk of "Gluccie"   Directions:  *Put 12 oz. fresh, hot coffee into blender  * Add all ingredients except the whey powder and Gluccie and blend on low  *Add whey and Gluccie while motor is running then turn blender on high for a few seconds.

Trimmaccino: blend 12 oz hot coffee + 1 tsp MCT oil + 1 tsp butter + rounded tsp protein powder + bit of glucco (I make mine with my immersion blender in wide mouth canning jar)

Trimaccino - need to try this. It uses protein powder and less coconut oil. I have been adding 1 Tbsp of coconut oil to my coffee with the almond milk and feeling a little guilty.

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 6 or so ice cubes - 1 scoop of whey protein (I have Swanson vanilla) - 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder - small handful of coffee beans - tiny dash of vanilla extract - tiny dash of mint extract - little dash of sea salt - 4-5 packets of Truvia BLEND! (I use a magic bullet.)  Add more almond milk or water to thin, or more ice to thicken. Make it an S by adding a tablespoon of coconut oil for an energy boost and blend again.

Trim Healthy Mama Snickers Hot Cocoa - S (with heavy cream and peanut butter.  doubled this recipe with three packets of Truvia instead of the sweetners. Then I heated it up on high in the vitamix until it was steaming hot. Poured into mugs and accidentally let it cool.  Choc pudding!
