Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine *wedding workout. This is also a great work out for when I am on the road for work.
This is the so called "secret" to success... There is no pill, there is no "shake this on your food", there is no such thing as easy work outs and great results. It's hard work. Easy as that. Get it on!
