Hey @Naomi Parfait..there are so many different variations of a leg lift, what one are you supposed to do for this workout?
I should have put 'Leg Lowers'. Lay on your back, legs at 90 degrees. Lower straight legs down to six inches above the ground, and go back to the starting position. @Cassi Kay
