Well I've always hated running, but secretly wanted to conquer it sooo... here goes!!
Thanks for responding Erika. I've been exercising and watching my intake of food for years. It does pay off. I just get side-tracked with the multitude of things I have around me to do. I do find that keeping a diary of how many steps I do each keeps me focused and I can challenge myself each or week. I also acquired through Prevention Mag a MP3 player with someone directing my walking with interval circuits. I love it. GOOOD LUCK.:)

Thanks Monica!! I totally understand getting sidetracked. I work a 40 hr job, I'm a Zumba instructor, a mom, and I'm very active in my church. Sooo see that's what happens, I have to try to find a way to add it into all that! ! LOL! ! But hopefully I can. Thanks for the encouragement! :)
Ha! I just started doing planks and I can do over 2 1/2 minutes! Yeah!
