How to clean your cookie sheets--Kitchen "Miracle" Cleaner! You put about 1/4 cup of baking soda in a small glass bowl and squirt in hydrogen peroxide until it makes a nice paste. Then you rub it on the offending dirt/stain/grease...whatever! You can usually just use your fingers...but you can also use a small sponge at times as well.
Two Ingredients -DIY Disposal Cleaner Ingredients: 1/2 cup lemon juice1/2 cup baking soda -Directions: Heat lemon juice in microwave for 30 seconds. Add baking soda slowly (it will bubble) and mix well. Turn on the disposal and pour down the drain. Turn on hot water for a few seconds to rinse away any mix remaining in the sink or the bowl. Use weekly. If disposal still has a bad odor, repeat.
How to get your dirty whites clean again... HOT HOT HOT water, 1 cap of laundry detergent, 1 cup powdered dish washer detergent, 1 cup bleach, 1/2 cup borax. Tell you what, you have to rewash it once to put softener in but its the whitest youll ever see your whites. If you omit the bleach it works great to get stains out of colors too (baby spit up is no longer a stain on OLD clothes)
Remove stains from mattress, carpet, upholstery recipe -- Here's what to do: Measure out your 8oz of hydrogen peroxide in the measuring cup. Add your 3tbs of baking soda to the hydrogen peroxide and mix until dissolved. Pour the mixture into your spray bottle and add a drop of the dish soap. Shake and spray, spray, spray!!
spot remover for clothes -- gets out wine, armpit stains, etc. I used 1/2 cup Dawn, 1 cup Hydrogen Peroxide and 2 T Baking Soda, mixed it in a bowl, dipped my scrub brush in it and scrubbed the collars and underarms of my husbands white t-shirts. I let it sit for an hour and washed it in hot water with a little of my laundry detergent and BAM!!! Amazing!
