Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

We do similiar warm ups in my kickboxing class - you will feel it the next day!

Here’s another bodyweight workout for your whole body! I didn’t have space to include a warm-up and cool-down, but they’re important too.

I just did this :) and can say that if you push through at a good pace it pumps your heart good. I like it for days you can't GO to the gym or need a quick workout (less than 30 min easily)
