      Slow Cooker White Bean Soup | Followed the recipe, though I didn't have navy beans - my package said "small white beans" (that's pretty generically descriptive!). My crockpot seems to cook fast, so set the timer for 4 hours, then it went to warm til we were ready to eat. Used the immersion blender to mash up some of the soup, making it a bit creamier, but leaving some texture. Hubby and I really enjoyed it; the toddler and preschooler were meh about it, unsurprisingly!
