Recipes for freezer meals. Although freezing them flat makes it easier to store, it is a pain to try and squeeze it into the crockpot when they are frozen and I rarely have the foresight to defrost them. So I store them upright so they freeze in an oval-ish block (double bagged) and then in the morning, I pull it out of the freezer, cut/rip the bag off and it fits in my oval crockpot. It us cooked by dinner time.
